Return Policy

Holistic Hustle Collective will accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of fulfillment. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or your return can be subject to denial.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if you find any defects, damage, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your products arrive damaged, please reach out to us immediately and send a video of the damage so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges:
To get the item you want quickly, we recommend returning the item you currently have. Once the return is processed, you can place a separate order for your new item.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund process.
